FABRICS

Delicate Knit Fabrics: High elastane (lycra) fabrics, viscose, modal and their blends.

Synthetic and Blended Fabrics: Polyamide (PA), Polyester (PES) and elastane blends.

Delicate Fabrics: Thin and wrinkle-prone woven fabrics.

Technical Textiles: Special coated or functional fabrics with delicate surface textures.

USE FOR

De-oiling wash before stenter (fixation).

Washing after reactive printing or digital printing.

Washing and rinsing processes after dyeing (including CPB - Cold Pad-Batch dyeing).

Machine Configuration and Number of Drums According to this specific type code, the machine consists of a total of 3 main washing/processing modules, but the distribution of drums and troughs within it is as follows:

TR1 (Tensionless Entry & First Washing): This is the tensionless entry unit. It functions as the first wash module and contains 1 washing unit/trough to remove surface contaminants or chemicals from the fabric.

DTR2V1 (Double Tensionless Washer): This module has a double-trough structure with vertical rollers. It contains a total of 2 washing tanks. It provides effective penetration to both surfaces of the fabric.

2PW1.6 (Two Pad-Wash Modules): This section consists of 2 padder washing modules. Each removes water from the fabric while increasing washing efficiency.

Total Number of Tanks: This specific configuration includes a total of 3 main washing units/tanks (1 in TR1 + 2 in DTR2V1) and integrated padder systems.
